Injury is the leading cause of death among children and adolescents, with about 10% injuries being penetrating. Penetrating that occur if a child falls or sits down on long, sharp object are rare by their mechanism. So far we have experience in treating 5 penetrating to abdominal organs involving long objects. 3 were injured falling metal fence, other 2 sitting pin scythe. The consequences damage small intestine (1), colon (4), stomach kidney urinary bladder (2). Clinical cases. Two brothers, aged 11 12, who fell out tree fence from height meters, brought Pediatric Municipal Hospital Poltava Council rods bodies. After preoperative preparation, operated on. Removal foreign objects was performed operating room. One boys found stomach, transverse colon, crushing.
